Hull & East Yorkshire

We provide community, mental health and learning disability services, as well as healthy lifestyle and addictions support, including:
- Community and inpatient mental health services.
- Veterans Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service.
- Learning disability services.
- Prevention, Wellbeing and Recovery Service, including Recovery College.
- East Riding Partnership Addictions services.
- Specialist Public Health Nursing, supporting families, children and young people from pregnancy until 19 years of age.
- Specialist services for children including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, and Speech and Language Therapy.
- GP Practices.
- Community based services for people across Hull and East Riding with forensic mental health disorders to reduce reliance on inpatient low and medium secure facilities, including Mental Health Liaison and Crisis Support.
- Complex Recovery Service (Rehabilitation) across Hull and East Riding.
Scarborough & Ryedale

We provide integrated prevention, community care and support services including:
- Inpatient rehabilitation and palliative care at Malton Community Hospital (Fitzwilliam Ward).
- A range of community and specialist nursing services.
- Frailty Service.
- A range of community and specialist therapies including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics and speech and language therapy.
- Outpatient physiotherapy for people with musculoskeletal pain or problems.
- NHS Weight Management.
Whitby Area

We provide services at Whitby Community Hospital and other community services, including:
Whitby Community Hospital
- Minor Injuries Unit.
- Inpatient Ward – rehabilitation, palliative and end of life care.
- Outpatient Physiotherapy for people with musculoskeletal pain or problems.
- A range of community and specialist therapies including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Speech and Language Therapy.
- A range of Community and specialist nursing services.
- NHS Weight Management.
Pocklington

We provide community and specialist nursing services, including:
- Community therapies such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Speech and Language Therapy.
- Outpatient Physiotherapy for people with musculoskeletal pain or problems.
- Children’s Therapy for Physio, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics and Speech.
- Addictions Services.
- Prevention Wellbeing and Recovery Services.
Across the region
Alongside our local services, we also provide care across all our areas, such as:
- Perinatal mental health care for women across Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire from pregnancy until 12 months after delivery.
- The Humber Centre provides medium and low secure inpatient facilities providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to people with mental health problems from the location area or nationwide.
- Inspire provides inpatient care for children and young people with mental health difficulties.
