As a Research-active Trust, we recognise the importance of helping our colleagues to learn and grow and our community to participate in healthcare improvement.

We are committed to developing a culture whereby research is embedded as a core part of clinical services, enhancing our offer to those who access our services, but also making our Trust an excellent place for people to work. Our aim is to ensure as many people as possible get the opportunity to take part in high quality research. We want to give people a sense of hope, support them to feel valued, contribute to their recovery and provide a chance to shape future healthcare.
