Starting from scratch?

If you’ve never worked in health or social care before you can still apply for a role. Our Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker roles have no qualification requirements and is a great place to start your NHS career.

We’re looking for compassionate, approachable and friendly individuals who want to help us provide excellent care to patients and their families.

We are here to help you with your career planning, whether that’s development within your current role or pathways to a future career in nursing. We will help you map out where you want to go to and ensure you know what support we can offer to help you on your way.

We will support your professional development by ensuring you have access to high quality training in areas such a phlebotomy and Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT).

If you are interested in development, we will support you to access our Trainee Nurse Associate programme to progress to the start of your nursing career in just two years. You will be given the support and time off to study without having to pay any university fees.
