We’re proud to be one of only 11 national pilot sites across the country to test new ways of delivering community mental health care.
Our new team will help shape and deliver new ways of working within community mental health across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.
We’re looking for a talented team of clinical and non-clinical staff to support the development of Primary Care Mental Health Networks and to deliver innovative ways of supporting people to improve their mental health and wellbeing and support recovery.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced workforce to join our team and help shape and improve the delivery of contemporary community mental health support and treatment.
